Shuttles

Shuttles will be provided starting at 3:30PM from two locations, likely the Village Lodge & Mountain Inn. Details will be available later. Don’t miss it!

Parking is very limited at Forest Chapel, so please utilize the shuttles.

Buses will pick up from outside of the lobby of the respective hotels. Below are the times the bus leaves, please get there 5-10min early

3:15PM - Bus Departs from Mammoth Mountain Inn (ONLY BUS FROM THE INN)

3:30PM - Bus Departs from Canyon Lodge (ONLY BUS FROM CANYON)

3:30PM - First bust departs from the Village Lodge

3:45PM - LAST bus departs from the Village Lodge

4:14 PM (Forest Chapel)

Ceremony

The ceremony will be at Forest Chapel, a beautiful forested site nestled behind Mammoth Mountain between Twin Lakes.

This will be an unplugged ceremony. Please silence your devices & keep them in your pockets. We have an excellent photographer & videographer and you will get to see all of the photos!

Cocktail Hour

5:30PM (Parallax)

Parallax is part of McCoy Station, the mid-mountain lodge on Mammoth Mountain. It has scenic views of the High Sierra & of course an open bar!

After the ceremony, the shuttles will take guests to the Panorama Gondola (roughly 15-20 minutes away) for a beautiful ride up the mountain to Parallax.

McCoy Station is at 9,360ft; alcohol will have a much more significant effect. Please hydrate & enjoy responsibly to make sure we all have a fun, incident-free night!

Reception

6:30PM - 10:30PM (McCoy)

The Reception will be held in the main area of McCoy Station. At 7:00PM we will move from Parallax to the reception area for a night of good food, good drinks, & good people.

Shuttles will be running every 30 minutes all evening from the base of the gondola to the Village and Canyon until 11pm to make sure everyone gets back home safely from the reception.
